Shipping and Returns
During the purchase process in www.lirios.pt the delivery and invoicing addresses will be required. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Box.
It is important that the data is completely and correctly filled to ensure successful delivery. Orders are shipped according to the shipping method chosen. Once the order is submitted, the customer will receive an email with shipping information. In all shipping arrangements, if delivery is not achieved due to customer's responsibility, the customer will assume the new costs.
The customer who purchases articles in www.lirios.pt can cancel the order at any time until his delivery, with the right to all the amounts reimbursed. Upon the order receipt, the customer may exercise his right of free resolution, under the terms legally provided and indicated below.
Failure to pay the order within 10 (ten) days after the date it was made, implies its automatic cancellation.
Under applicable legal terms, it is possible to exchange or return articles, within a 15 days period from the client receipt date, without payment of indemnity. To do this, the client must communicate his intention, via email (support@lirios.pt). The articles must be returned within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice (article 6 of DL 143/2001, of April 26th with the wording given by DL 82/2008, of May 20th). Never send the articles without prior contact, as they will not be received.
After contacting Lirios Customer Service and given the return instructions, you must send us the article duly conditioned , with original packaging, to our address.
The product return and exchange must comply with the following conditions:
- Articles must be restituted in good condition, with full original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice;
- Shipping costs for our address are the customer responsibility;
- In the event of receiving damaged items, Lirios will schedule the article collection in the same shipment area of the original order, without any charges for the customer. The return will only be made after the product state verification.
Lirios does not accept product return or exchange after use. All articles will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the conditions described here will be accepted for exchange or return.
If you choose the restitution of the amount, the refund will be made by the same payment method used by the client.
