These General Use Conditions apply to www.lirios.pt visitors and to any commercial transactions made through the online store available here. The navigation on the site, as well as any product purchase in the online store, implies the present General Use Conditions acceptance by the user and by the customer. José Carlos Santos, Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to change these use conditions without previous notice, being any and all changes published in www.lirios.pt.

Lirios.pt guarantees the security and confidentiality of all users' personal data. Data collection and data processing is done safely. Each time you access your personal area, your browser will be in secure mode (https). All users have the right to access, change or cancel their data. If you wish, you can, at any time, stop being part of our database, by requiring us the removal from the system.

Note: products purchase in the website requires, obligatorily, the user registration.

All texts, photographs, illustrations and works reproduced or represented in www.lirios.pt are strictly reserved, under the copyright terms and intellectual property, to the whole world. Accordingly, and in compliance with current legislation, the contents reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the site, as well as its representation, in whole or in part, without the Lirios prior written authorization is prohibited. Likewise, it is not authorized to use the lirios.pt domain without prior authorization of the company. Failure to comply with these conditions will be subject to legal recourse by Lirios.

The corporate names, trademarks and distinctive signs reproduced on www.lirios.pt are protected in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. Reproduction or representation in whole or in part of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the trademark owner.

All products commercialized in lirios.pt are in conformity with the Portuguese legislation.

Lírios declines any responsibility in case of any country legislation violation where the order is delivered. It is the client responsibility to verify, with the local authorities, the product importation or use conditions, that he wishes to order.

Lilios is not liable for damages resulting from systems interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections, which may temporarily prevent access, navigation or service to users.

The customer and the user must comply with the general conditions. They undertake in particular to fulfill the following obligations:

  • Save, and not divulge, your site password, in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account at lirios.pt;
  • Do not provide false or incorrect personal data that may prevent the transactions and communications processing between Lirios and the user/client;
  • Ensure the veracity of the data communicated to Lirios and commit to rectify them in your user account, whenever required;
  • Lírios declines any responsibility for possible delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the delivery, due to error or insufficient data communicated by the customer;
  • The use of this site is subject to the conditions pre-established by Lirios, on its sole and exclusive holder quality;
  • The user may not, in any case, transmit information that is deceptive, defamatory, abusive, obscene and in any way violates or impairs the right to privacy or intellectual and industrial property of the site owner or third parties;
  • Lilios reserves the right to delete the user account that incurs in any of the situations described above;
  • When making the order the user declares that he / she is over 18 years old and not legally incapacitated.

For orders placed in European Union countries, 23% VAT will be added. All other countries are exempt from VAT. Companies registered in any country of the European Union are exempt from VAT, requiring the taxpayer number (subsequently validated).

All orders sent to countries outside European Union may be subject to customs fees. Lirios.pt will not take any responsibility for orders that are returned due to the non payment of these customs taxes from the part of the customer in its country of destination.

Articles prices displayed on the website are calculated in € (euros). These prices do not include transportation costs, which are calculated during the ordering process.

The prices in the products catalog in lirios.pt are independent of other distribution channels.

Prices in other currencies mentioned on the website are subject to changes in the international exchange markets at the exchange rate of each day.

The Lirios pieces are mainly made by manual processes, with quality raw materials and are subject to an exhaustive quality control.

All Lirios jewels have the hallmark and this is a quality guarantee. The materials used are 925 silver, gold from 9 to 19.2 carats or platinum from 800 to 950.

Under legal terms, Lirios Jewels have a 2-year warranty.

Defects arising from improper or abusive use, normal wear and parts tear, as well as loss, deterioration, oxidation, unsuitable maintenance and cleaning, improper handling, negligence and accidents are excluded from warranty.

The use marks, as a result of daily activity and time passage, will be considered normal by the brand. Pieces that have been tampered with in an unauthorized workshop will lose the warranty.

For guarantee purposes, the invoice number and the part code must be indicated to the email support@lirios.pt

When receiving the parts, they should be carefully analyzed. any nonconformities, must be communicated to Lirios immediately.

All purchases made on www.lirios.pt are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence with the General Contract conditions and use shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court. If our client is outside Portugal, we inform that any judicial process should be sent to Portuguese Courts. In a dispute, the Consumer may use the following Alternative Dispute Resolution Body:
